Each request to withdraw funds is prioritized either on the same day or the day after the request has been registered.
The processing time depends on the selected withdrawal method. If the account has been verified and no documents are pending to be submitted, the request is approved, and the transfer is performed within the next few days.
A withdrawal via bank transfer is completed usually up to 2 business days, and via card it may take up to 3 business days. (The request is processed by Betano within 24 hours and then sent to the banking institutions. The processing time may vary according to each bank.)
Depending on the card-issuing bank and its options regarding Visa cards, i.e. either the bank provides the Visa Direct option activation or not, the amount can be available within a maximum of 3 hours.
For withdrawals through e-wallet, the amount is available within the same day.
