To restrict your access to Sportsbook-Virtual and/or Casino ("Take a Break" option) or Self-exclude, you need to follow the path Account - Profile - Player Protection or send an email to our Customer Service: ayuda_cl@betano.com
Account blocking and Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.
In order to revoke a restriction of your account, you can either visit the Player protection section on the Account page or contact Customer Service.
For your protection, revocation of such restrictions will take effect seven (7) days after the receipt of your request.
