What is the fee for inactive accounts?

An account is inactive if it has not been accessed for 12 months. After 12 months, your account will be in a ”hibernation” mode, and for you to gain access back into your account, please send us an email at ayuda_cl@betano.com using the email address registered in your account. There is no fee for inactive accounts; we provide the reopening assistance only via email.
