How can I validate a card out of use?

If you don't hold the said card anymore, and you have already added it to your account, you may upload proof of the card cancellation/closure/renewal, which could be either:

• the relevant document issued by the bank upon the cancellation, or
• a screenshot of the email cancellation you may have received from the bank, or
• a screenshot from the bank application with the status of the specific card (cancelled/lost)
