Why did the payment method change after I submitted my withdrawal request?

Regardless of the method with which you request the withdrawal or the one displayed by the system, it will always be analyzed by the Transactions department to verify from the use of which transactional support the gains came.

In order to safeguard the transparency of transactions, the general rule you must keep in mind is that the withdrawal will be processed through the same method with which the deposit was made.

In other words:

- You deposit with a card ending with 1234 - you play the balance and win - you will therefore withdraw the winnings to the card ending 1234

- You deposit with a card ending with 5678 - you play the balance and win - you will therefore withdraw the winnings to the card ending 5678.
